This training invites both students and higher education professionals to explore current challenges faced by LGBTQIA+ students through an intersectional lens. Participants will explore motivations and strategies for reducing barriers to academic success and fostering a sense of community and belonging. Through interactive case studies, participants will work collaboratively to identify areas where campus policies, support services, and relationship-building practices with students can be improved. Practical approaches to accountability and advocacy for more inclusive and equitable institutional practices will also be navigated.
Registration is no longer available because the registration deadline has passed.
