The 2025 Diversity Conference at MCC, Beyond the Rhetoric: Embracing Our Queer Community, creates space for authentic conversation, learning, and advocacy around LGBTQIA+ experiences. Featuring keynote speaker V Spehar alongside community leaders, educators, and advocates, the conference blends personal stories, research, and practical strategies to build understanding and equity. Through panels, reflective practice, and training sessions, participants are invited to move past division and work toward informed, inclusive action.
